WoSCA winter track sessions This training is open to any accred 4 youth and junior riders from WoSCA clubs who support the programme. - Please apply by 12th October via your club coach if you want to take part – we need track coaches, level 2 coaches and parent helps to run these sessions. Please volunteer by 12th October. • Dates for block 1: 26th Oct, 9th Nov, 23rd Nov, 7th Dec, 21st Dec • Price: approx. £10 per session, payable as a block of 5 = £50 (to be confirmed) • Format: 2 groups - Group 1 (younger riders) 09.00 – 11.30. This group will follow a skills development programme based on omnium racing - Group 2 (youth b, a and junior) 10.00 – 13.00. This group will follow the BC club cluster training programme (starts, team pursuit, kilo, gap rush and madison)
