WoW!!!! Want a cool witness? Back in April I was heading to a place to buy a bunkbed for Caleb and Jaydon. I got a random police pullover. wasn’t speeding or anything. He said I did not have appropriate sticker on my license plate. My birthday was 2 weeks prior. Anyway, I subsequently could not find my insurance slip. So I was double fined. Yet I had the things, just not in the right spot. I went for early resolution meeting today and the prosecutor said they would withdraw the sticker but could not do both. Apparently that is common practice. Well, we talked a few more moments and she said to, “We will suspend the other fine too.”. Got in front of the judge who went on to say she was not “privy” to the conversation between the prosecutor and myself but added that the fine shall be withdrawn, struck out, cease to exists, eradicated, like it never happened!!!!!! HOW AEWSOME IS THAT????? BOTH FINES!!! To make matters even more awesome, in a second unrelated matter in the courts, I found favor again.
