Woke up feeling like a truck ran me over... Its been about a yr since I have felt like this... The last few days, Ive been feeling like something was brewing in my body. And then last night, it dawned on me... I have been eating things I shouldnt have, such as beef (Ted made an irresistible beef meatloaf of Wednesday), I had shrimp fried rice for lunch yesterday from a cheap restaurant, and then for dinner I had 1 too many rolls with butter at Texas Roadhouse. I had to cut dinner early because I was starting to feel sick. Came home, straight to bed and this morning I wake up barely able to move... Its incredible what unclean GMO food does to our bodies... I really hope our government really starts taking seriously how damaging unclean GMO foods are to our bodies... I should have eaten better, but certainly didnt think my body would react like this... To time clean up my system and get healthy again....
