Woke up from a text about inspiration for weight loss!! Such a wonderful feeling that people ask you for help and encouragement.. I did find out recently that some of my so called friends swear I was taking adipex to lose my weight .. They are badly wrong and I lied about what I put on facebook about exercising.. I truly feel bad that they have so much anger in their heart toward me to accuse me of something like this instead of praying for me on my journey ... I began my journey because I was literally dying.. At any moment I knew I was gonna have a heart attach from being so obese and depressed ... I even wrote letters to my nieces and nephews for special occasions that I would be missing because of losing my battle to obesity.. Instead of turning to diet pills or the weightloss surgery for a fast solution I didnt .. Instead I turned to GOD.. He has given me strength and the willpower to move my body in 1-2 hours of exercise a night.. I stuck with it and have every day since March 10th.. As a Christian I know I have to forgive people and I have but I know that the earthly person in me is sad that my friends didnt send up a prayer for me.. Dont judge people because they are trying to live and make a better life for them.. Instead pray for me please I still have a long journey ahead of me and I am doing this to live and be a part of my nieces and nephews life and be more active in what God has planned for me.. As you head to church today pray that God gives someone the strength to face their battle they are struggling with .. Be like the person you want some one to be toward you ...
