Woke up not feeling so hot this am did what work I had to went back home and slept 4 more hours now im up feeling a 100% better gonna go do a light work out dinner then back to bed ...Have to know how to balance stress of intensity of workouts with what ever kind of stress you are experiencing in life and when u balance things out if u are not feeling at top form.due to mental emotional or other stress u do a lighter work out for if u train ur body and brain to manage stress your brain can trick your body into believing what it needs to ...I have found stress is stress ...and if if I supply my body with correct vitamins, minerals and aminos and of course solid sleep.I can handle any kind of stress
