Woke up to an interesting message this morning thats blown me away, for privacy reasons Im gonna call this person Leo. I have been friends with Leo for quite a while now and I follow is facebook like a 12 year old girl with a crush, all I see is a happy person with a winning smile always hanging with his mates and having a good time with life. As all my friends know I suffer from depression (its an illness). Anyway I had Leo approach me to talk about how he had recently been to the doctors and to my disbelief he has clinical depression. Now as I explained early I would never of guessed this because Leo seems so happy and so successful in life. It just goes to show not everything is what its seems, the happiest person on the outside could be the saddest person I the inside. So I encourage. No wait I challenge everyone today to ask someone the simple question, How are you today really?
