Woman hacked to death William J. Mbangula Omusati Police is hot on the heels of a fugitive suspected killer who hacked to death his 28 –year-old girlfriend with an axe and a panga last night. The duo have one child. The deceased is a 28 –year-old Helena Shivute from Etilyasa village in Okahao Constituency. According to the Police spokesperson in Omusati Region Linekela Shikongo, the deceased was cut with a panga and an axe on her right side of the head while she was sleeping. Her four-year-old child narrowly escaped the incident and went to tip off the grandparents who found Shivute already dead. The incident took place in the house of the deceased. The suspect, Lucas Uugwanga Kasimiya’s footprints are being followed by the Police to Okahao town where they are said to be leading.
