Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown- Oct 22 I am sure we have all experienced the symptoms of PMS at some point or another. Imagine PMS on steroids? PMS X 1000? That’s how our Zoya was today. I have read a lot of posts criticizing Zoya’s outburst today. That outburst was just the tip of the iceberg. It was just a venting outlet for what she has gone through over the last few weeks. I am not harping on her faults (she is not flawless) but just what she might be going through as a result of the recent events in her life. Imagine - getting captured by none other than psycho, Tanveer - running away from her gundas - ending up in a community nikaah hall where an ‘accidental nikaah’ happens - missing your own nikaah - dragged to another house to sign nikaah naama papers to help your fiancee’s sister - forced into a fake nikaah to help someone else - forced to act ‘bahu’ by all the elders in that house - Even after Nikhat’s nikaah was over, Asad walked away without taking her - When Ayaan planned on taking her back, he ends up in the hospital where she has to argue and force the hospital employees to take care of Ayaan’s wounds - Asad promises that she need not stay in that house (SM) anymore but Badi Bi drags her away - Asad comes to pick her up but Ayaan has an allergic reaction - Asad comes inside the house but says he is there to see Ayaan - Asad, who had promised to take care of Ayaan’s responsibility gets a bit upset when he sees her take care of Ayaan - She goes down and hugs him to comfort him because he is emotionally distraught - Now she waits at the chowk but he doesn’t show up and she is informed he is in a meeting - She even goes to his house but it’s locked - She comes back to SM and sees Ayaan consoling Humeira. Imagine how guilty she must have felt at that time. So, can we empathize with our Venus a bit guys? Yes, Asad was in an emergency today but Zoya’s reaction as typical of a wife- unki meeting mujh se zyaada zaroori hai? God knows how many times I have said these lines in my life lolz Besides visiting her, giving her reassurances and hugging her, has Asad shown any signs that Zoya is HIS priority? Yes, that’s what she needs to see. We know Asad means well, but Zoya needs that reaffirmation from her man. Asad dreams of welcoming her with flowers but HE NEEDS TO SHOW IT TO HER NOW! Despite all her anger, she even mentioned that she is not going back to NY because she knows Asad will come and get her. Imagine how much faith she has in her Mr. Khan. That was the sweetest line of the episode today. She is married to Asad. She is reacting like a typical wife. She wants to go home. She wants to be with him. BAS! Now, Ayaan can you do the honors instead of sitting at the dining table with a dumb expression when badi bi mentioned the ‘rasoi rasam?’ At least, Shireen heard Zoya’s rant. Wish Badi Bi was there too Other women on the verge of a breakdown: Humeira: She has a short fuse to start with. She is one insecure girl and even after Ayaan had reassured her, she didn’t like being sidelined by him when he wanted to console Zoya. Humeira will have to learn that Ayaan and Zoya are friends and were friends even before all this happened, If Zoya overstays at the SM, Humeira sure is going to explode one of these days Nikhat: So far has been patient and calm. Now that Farhan’s secrets are coming out one by one, how long will she stay sane? We know she has suicidal tendencies. God save us from another Nikhat breakdown! On another note, KSG looked hot today Asad- You were really just going to give Billi a warning? Seriously? I guess he forgot about all those attempts on Zoya’s life? Now what? Are we going to follow the rule of 3s and see Asad back in jail again? If not, why all the hoopla about the blink and you miss jail track? I was so looking forward to seeing Asad in jail clothes, with a stubble, angry and beaten up so Zoya could come and tend to his wounds. Lolz
