Womens Physique (WPD) winner: Juliana Malacarne Womens Bodybuilding (FBB) winner: Iris Kyle I thought it would be interesting for you to see some pics of the difference between womens bodybuilding and womens physique. Im posting some pics of the champions at this years Olympia.. Tycie Coppett (3rd place WPD) is about the same height as Iris Kyle (If I am not mistaken).....guessing here... Juliana is about the same height as Debbie (3rd place FBB) and a little taller than Anne Freitas (6th place FBB)...weight wise at least 20# LEAN MUSCLE smaller (imagine how many steaks that is...it is a great deal of size) The reason why many (without realizing it) feel JM is too big for WPD is not because of her size but b/c of the detail of her physique and roundness/insertions which create a full look compared to some of the other athletes. She also is a very developed trainer with intricate detail in all areas (not size but detail). Just a little fun FYI for those of you who would like to learn. A lot of it is NOT size but detail, and the size look is from density and levels of leanness. If anyone feels the need to write anything rude I will delete you and your post :)....I appreciate and admire each of these ladies accomplishments as should you! Some of the WPD girls are still working out their overall development (not size but detail) as they have come from a figure background...and like any sport it will develop over time but I feel it gives a beautiful alternative for many women (including myself). Im looking forward to my next show in WPD and will be continuing my moderate downsize these upcoming months... :) Congratulations to each competitor and best of luck in their next endeavors to Iris Kyle and Adela Garcia as they are both officially retired! Get inspired by the Olympia weekend!
