Womens Running Community - WRC This is a great workout for those who get bored running on the dreadmill. 15-20 min. killer Treadmill Cardio Warm Up 3-5min: 30sec-1min Walking. 1min-2min Side Running (Great for tighting those inner thighs) 1min-2min Backwards Running. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) Cardio: 1 min. steady Pace. 1-1.5 min of I feel Like dying Sprint. Repeat steady vs. Sprint for 10-15 min. The better shape you are in - the longer the sprints and shorter the moderate pace. Make sure you dont give up during a Sprint. If you decide to Sprint for 60 sec. Then dont stop untill those 60sec. are up! I promise you Will feel Like quitting, seconds Will feel Like hours.
