Wonder what todays storms will bring?!? Yesterday , and especially last night was wicked!!!! No power for hours!!! The lightening was indeed frightening! And that thunder !!! The rain was so intense ! My husband and my poor neighbor had to bail out the pools before they exploded! Yeah, it rained that hard that fast! Michael was cool with it, he was such a great help with his little sister and finding all the 746 flashlights around here!!!! Poor Maddie though, she was so scared! The power went out just as I was shutting the water off to get us out of the shower! She talked to my dad on the phone and said Papa, we have no power and I dont know what to do! Can you come get me so I can sleep with you? Poor baby! And my dad wouldve too! Broke his heart! But I did not think it was wise for him to be out in all that mess! Wild ride for sure! Ended the night I the dark having a few beverages with the neighbors. All in all it was an adventure! Good day to all!!!!! And heres to the power staying on on this day!
