Wonderful Friday Night.... not out dancing nor playing music... I stayed home, cracked a Indian Joe (Vista, Ca.) ass-kicking "White Sage" I.P.A. and hunkered down in mi cocina Roasting course chopped vegetables for a very fresh tomato and jalapeno Tunisian "Slata Mechwiya"...of course premium Tunisian Olive Oil ...absolutely dynamite with chicken!!!! Plenty for myself and my close friends... ...and Arab spices wheat berry and grilled eggplant and tomato Salad... ...And....... Shish Taouk! Arab grilled Chicken ...hmmm... lemon , cayenne, cumin, garlic...Tunisian E.V. Olive Oil ! Waw!!! ...AND .... Red Bean and fresh hand-picked organic Kale and Chicken Stew served with Extra Virgin SFax, Tunisian Olive Oil and Sherry Vinegar... and finished it all off with the writings of Syrian Romantic Poet, Nizar Qabbani. Merci, shokran, chokrane, sadiqatis, wa azizatis Leila, Reem, Asma, Assma, Faten, Nona, Mona, Fatima, Sameh, et pour tout le monde; fatoor al sabah!... ya zaina rou7is...enti hyati thank you to all of my Mediterranean dear women friends...for great food and love poetry sbe7ik nour wa yasmin~ bch nmchi nor9od tawa. boussa kbira~ suhoor kareem.
