Wonderfully dedicated and sincere students here at the retreat. Having the opportunity to teach all the staff is a first-hand experience in the way Yoga can be integrated into our lives beyond the mat and within our daily exchanges. Its fun to see them later around the grounds. Maybe I dont even recognize them by not being in uniform! And me too, as I am not living in my tights. #teachingandlearning #yoga #retreat #India
