Wondering how others manage to get their running mojo back when they lose it. I had well and truly lost mine after a disappointing Royal Parks Foundation 50km Ultra 2 weeks ago (even though I hit my time goal bar 2 minutes I struggled badly in the middle third) and was wondering how I would get back on track. Answer: run 10 miles at the Great South Run today pacing my older brother to his desired time (90 mins) and forgetting about my own goals. Just running steady and controlled to help another. Now I have the joy of running back. How have you got your running mojo back?
