Woo Hoo and a good HOT afternoon to you all! Phew...it’s awful out there and I thank God for air conditioning EVERY DAY! We apologize (again!) for things being so “outta wack” since right before Memorial Day Weekend...somebody “down there” the scary looking thing with the pitch fork!) really does NOT like us at SBT! It has continued to be one thing after another after another after another!!! We have decided it is time for a “DO-OVER” around here and we ask in faith believing that this DO-OVER is the beginning of getting our selves back in order and back to being US! We plan to do this two ways... First... A.) BOGO (equal or lesser value) sale on 90% of in-stock products Wednesday (tomorrow) beginning at 11am and running Thursday, Friday and Saturday ending at 6pm! To be perfectly honest, there is just NO WAY (humanly possible! God can do anything but this old lady is overwhelmed and tired) to finish unpacking and putting ALL THIS MERCHANDISE in either of the two buildings that are currently our temporary home! Last inventory count we had over one million dollars worth of products ALLOT STILL IN BOXES! We have worked 7 days a week for MONTHS now and enough is enough!!! I admit defeat...I just can’t fit it all in the smaller space we must live in until January 2016!!! Sooooooo.....we are slashing prices from 50% to 90% on 90% of our inventory...it has GOT TO GO! IT HAS LIVED IN MY LIVING ROOM, BEDROOMS, KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS LONG ENOUGH! Spread the word and PLEASE help us dig outta here! We make “hoarders” look good...seriously...please come shop shop shop and save save save!!! With the discounts we are paying you gals to “take it”! I also would like to be able to take and spend at least a little time with my children before they go back to school...I have 4 doctor’s appointments I can’t keep putting off and my husband’s health is getting a bit worse day by day...whew! When it rains it pours for REAL around here! I do thank God daily for my blessings and for my trials as HE THINKS I AM ALLOT STRONGER than I think I am and we are to Praise HIM in all things!! B.) GIRLFRIENDS MINI CROP RETREAT WEEKEND IS ALMOST HERE!! HOOTIE HOOT! APOLOGY “SALE” SAVINGS!! We invite you too join us for the fun filled awesome scrappin’ weekend! It is June 27th, 28th, 29th...Friday from 3pm-11pm, Saturday from 9am-10pm, and Sunday from 1pm-8pm! All of our G/F W/E Crops for 2014 and 2015 will be held at CENTENARY United Methodist Church located at 5280 Hampton Road Clemmons NC 27012 (only 2 minutes from our “temporary new” store!) and will allow us once again to comfortably accommodate 65 croppers per event with separate “Make-n-Take Rooms” and “Private Classrooms” for all the amazing classes we will offer as an option at each event! We offer “Valet Parking” and lots of “Muscle” to help you unload and load all your croppin’ supplies. Our CROP ROOM is 4,000 sq ft so PLENTY OF SPACE for everyone! For those who may have difficulty with stairs, there is an elevator to move you from one floor to another…a definite PLUS for us all! :O) We will provide two meals, drinks & snacks throughout the weekend with a “Pizza Party” with salad bar Friday night and a delicious hot lunch on Saturday. Other meals are on your own and several places will deliver to the church as well. Check-In times begin at 3pm Friday afternoon and we crop till 11pm Friday night…Crop hours for Saturday are 9am-10pm, Sunday Crop hours are 1pm-8pm. THAT’S TWENTY EIGHT HOURS OF CROPPIN’ GIRLFRIEND FUN! WOOHOO!!! Each participant will receive a “SURPRISE GIFT” upon check in and an entry into the AWESOME FANTASTIC DOOR PRIZE DRAWING BOWL! We will draw a FABULOUS DOOR PRIZE EVERY EVENING 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE END OF THE CROP! You do not have to be present to win…we will just “require” that you allow us to photograph you the next day as you receive your PRIZE for our web site and Face Book page! Each cropper will get an entry into the DRAWING BOWL each day…TWO for Friday, one for Saturday and one for Sunday…they will accumulate all weekend! One prize per cropper should the same name be drawn twice! You will receive another entry each time you shop the store throughout the weekend… bring snacks/goodies to share and receive another entry (Limit one per cropper)…bring 5 cans of food for the homeless and get another entry (limit one per cropper), sign up for one of the offered classes and receive another DOOR PRIZE ENTRY, participate in our fun crazy SCRAPWALK GAMES, SCRAP-HOLE GAMES, and other fun events and yep! You got it!! Another entry as well as the prizes offered for each game! SATURDAY EVENING at 8pm, we will have (for any who wish to participate!!) our “gal pals” slip into their wackiest most fun wild “jammies” and enter the “PJ PARTY CONTEST”! This will earn each lady another entry for GRAND DOOR PRIZES and a PRIZE for our winner as well! We will vote on most creative fun funky (LOL) jammies at 10pm Saturday night! Oh what FUN!! :O) During the weekend, we offer a “Shuttle Service” to and from our store should you not wish to drive your own vehicle…and will take “orders” from those who don’t want to leave during the crop as well! We will cheerfully deliver the “express order products” back to you each “Shuttle Run”! :O) ALL WEEKEND SALES AND SPECIALS WILL BE POSTED FOR YOU AT CHECK IN ON FRIDAY with a copy provided for you in your “Welcome Packet” so you do not miss a single “DEAL”! There will be at least EIGHTEEN DIFFERENT SPECIALS at each event as we continue to “SALE-A-BRATE” our 18th anniversary! Tools will be provided for your use throughout the weekend and you are welcome to bring baggies to “Punch-A-Bunch” with your scraps for later use on different projects! You have free use of the die cut center, punch center, tool center and our fabulous friendly helpful certified and trained staff will be on hand to help you with ideas or stubborn pages! You may set up and leave your belongings for the weekend. Included in the tools will be over 500 craft shape punches, border punch systems, deco corner punches, circle and oval cutters, shape cutters, templates, tearing rulers, deco scissors, Crop-O-Diles, Die Cut Center with Ellison, Accu-Cut, Sizzix, & QuicKutz dies, Corner Companions, Scor-Pals, Envelopers and Envelop makers,Corner Chompers, and much more! You may bring cushions or pillows for your chairs if you wish. We have room for 80 croppers but limit the events to 65 to allow for plenty of space! We seat according to your requested seatmates. Typically there are 2 to 3 scrappers to a 4x8 or 8ft round table or 4 if requested as a group. We provide CriCut areas/tables for all machines to prevent table crowding and extension cord trip hazards. We ask that you bring ONE CRI-CUT unit and extension cord per group! Most ladies are more than willing to share their cartridges with you…please ask each owner before using their equipment. We will of course be designing and creating our exclusive “famous” (LOL) custom lasers and papers for any who need them for any event or occasion! This will be done at the store and delivered back to you in a timely fashion…too much equipment to haul with us! Throughout the weekend, we will run a “daily crop tally” for each cropper and close it out at the end of each day starting a “FRESH SHEET” for the following day! We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Debit, and CASH for your purchases. We have a full kitchen available for our use throughout the weekend. We always have something “up our sleeve” such as scavenger hunts, Scrap Dance Breaks, Nosey Neighbor contests, Musical Scrap Walks, our now famous SCRAP-HOLE GAME & more! You never know WHAT we are going to do from one event to the next!! Upon registration, you must pre-pay to hold your spot. We do expect this to be a SOLD OUT event so HURRY and make your reservations NOW! Cost of this fabulous 28 hour weekend crop event is normally only $65.00...HOWEVER, WITH ALL OF OUR TROUBLES GETTING THE BIZ BACK UP AND RUNNING, WE ARE OFFERING THROUGH SATURDAY JUNE 14TH AT 6PM TO THE NEXT 18 WHO CALL TO REGISTER, THE ENTIRE WEEKEND LINE-UP FOR ONLY $50.00!
