Woo hoo! Did a full 12 hours on the route yesterday, my first official day as a solo sales manager. The boss threw me into the fire by giving me a route with over 90 stops, 62 of which did not buy or were not home. By the time 8:30 came, and it was time to head back down to the depot in Laurel, I was exhausted but at the same time thrilled and excited that I had done so well on my first day out. Todays a new day and a new opportunity to sharpen the iron, mend the holes and go even farther in reaching my own goals. Thanking God for the blessing of steady and challenging employment! Help me glorify You, Father, at all times and in all places, with all people and with everything You give me. For You, in You, and through You--Amen!
