Woohoo... my Venison/wild boar sausages have been cut and fast pan fry with a bit of sweet garlic (Elephant Garlic) and red wine in the pyrex, 1 stock of celery (heart with leaves) chopped finely, 2 large belgium shallots (the red ones) cut in see through slices, butter, red wine, dried blueberries, and hazelnuts next layer add the sausages and sweet garlic to the pyrex and you top it all off with maple bacon wrapped golden nugget potatos ... thats my dinner tonight :D
