Wooooooooooooooooooooowwwwww!!! Its almost 2am. Im just getting back to my hotel room after hosting and producing the 67th installment of The mixtape comedy show. Im so proud of myself and everyone who is involved with this show. We started off as a joke between two friends and weve expended to one pretty damn solid night of entertainment. There is almost always that moment when its time for me to jump on the plane and fly 3,000 miles to come host the show and the voice in my head ask the inevitable question, Why are you doing this? You dont make any money doing it. You have to fly 6,000 miles to do it. You know youd rather stay in LA and sleep in your bed. And then I get here and nights like tonight happen. And Im reminded that this is a privilege. If you havent been to our show, Im going to highly suggest you make a reservation for Sun Aug 17th and come see what were doing. Because on top of everything else that it is, its special. And worth every bit of your time. Comedy will always be the medicine and the cure.
