Woooooow, throwing it so far back my neck hurts (seems appropriate though seeing as how I cut my hair again). I remember my first dance class with the guy who later became my dance Dad, Billy Larson. In high school I wanted to live all of my minutes in the studio learning your stories and telling my own (minus the sleeping on the floor of newark train station and washing my hair in the sink at the studio). As a senior in college, studying this dance thing, I cant help but reflect on the beginning and be outrageously thankful for all of the watering you did for this (random) seed. Until dancing with and for you, I dont think I had ever experienced movement that made so. much. sense. In pathways, qualities, and emotional significance- your art felt like home... still does.
