Woop woop! Turkey Blastin Burnout coming at ya!!! WARNING - NOODLE ALERT! Please have a little mercy on me while watching this video - I had ready completed this plus some before recording the moves for you so if I look like a noodle I apologize (I definitely felt like a noodle). Anyway, this is a great post Thanksgiving work out to get you back on track! Nothing super challenging in this routine but these are definitely some fat burning moves that will leave you feeling soooo much better than you have felt the last few days - trust me Im just as guilty of overindulging and when I say OVERindulging well you know what I mean. Im just going to forget these last few days of feasting ever happened and get right back on track and I want to help you guys do the same! So here ya go! Xoxo -Turkey Blastin Workout- Set your timer for 60 seconds on with a 10 second rest (just like last time) **Cardio move for this workout - switch kicks with a punch (opposite arm and opposite leg) - do this in between each move to get that heart rate up and the sweat pouring Ill list each of your other moves below... - clean and press w 2 jump squats - 1 arm push ups - push up : twist : knee touch - side jumps & punch front - wood chop (L&R) - push up into spider girl ***FORM IS EVERYTHING***
