Woot starting to grow a little definition in my arms! They are not beastly arms but they arent as puny as they used to be...haha I will take that Day 18 | I blanked out on what this workout is called haha but extend your right leg and left arm and squeeze them in together. You will feel your CORE being squished :) 30 seconds hen switch and do he opposite side! Its Friday I get it, I pretty much was laying around after 10am ...til 30 mins ago...definitely didnt want to work out. BUT accomplished it anyways because I have been feeling wonderful lately :) it is the weekend & my 21 days are up MONDAY! Will post my before and after. I have came to a conclusion that I will be doing another round of 21 day fix before Insanity max releases on the Dec. 2nd. That way I have completed another round & Insanity max starts Dec. 15!
