Isolation (n): (ˌaɪsəˈleɪʃən) The act of separating somebody/ something; the state of being separate. 2. Insulation (n): (ˌɪnsjʊˈleɪʃən) The act of protecting something with a material that prevents heat, sound, electricity… from passing through; the materials used for this. Hoặc Distance learners usually experience feelings of isolation since they cannot interact with their teachers and fellow students. - Despite the fact that all the nuclear power plants are insulated carefully, there is a strong probability of meltdown which always threatens thousands of lives and the environment. - Building insulation offers the comfort and energy efficiency to any objects in a building. Instead of thermal purposes, insulation in a structure is useful for fire and impact protection.
