Word: is the smallest element that may be uttered in isolation - TopicsExpress

Word: is the smallest element that may be uttered in isolation with semantic or pragmatic content (with literal or practical meaning) Past: gone by in time and no longer existing Present: existing or occurring now Future: at a later time; going or likely to happen or exist The human language use words to make things simple in our everyday lives. Our language contains words so that we can communicate with each other. Words put people, places or things in categories. Using the words that we use in our everyday language can be a bit confusing sometime. Example: In the PAST I have thought of the strangest ideas. In the PRESENT I am typing these ideas. In the FUTURE someone will comment on these ideas. When is it the PAST when Im always in the PRESENT and since Im always in the PRESENT how can I get to my FUTURE? So in reality do we exist in the PAST PRESENT and FUTURE? Or, are the WORDS that we use, not being used correctly? Or both?
