Word travels fast in our small town, so to stop the rumors, we would like to announce that Jamie is stepping away from Studio 215 (IRock Fitness) to focus on her family. Melinda is in negotiations with Northwest Plaza to reopen IRock Fitness as early as Tuesday. Monday classes (MLK Day) are cancelled. Jamies Weight Loss Challenge participants will all transfer to the Online Challenge. All Auto Drafts for Studio 215 are cancelled as of today. An announcement will be made Tuesday regarding the new schedule, membership, and programs. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition and thank you for your support.
