Words cannot adequately express the divinity of Creation. Some - TopicsExpress

Words cannot adequately express the divinity of Creation. Some are here to live long lives and others pass by briefly. I was called to a Amish home this morning to check on a Mama who was 22 weeks along but having pains and bleeding. Some Amish are so stoic it is hard to tell they are in pain. Her vitals were good and the babys heartbeat was strong. The parents asked that I take them to a local hospital to be checked out. As we drove through the countryside, I noticed that she was wincing every 4 minutes. No one in the waiting room could tell that she was having pains. We finally saw the Dr. who promptly sent her downstairs for an ultrasound. There was the perfect little baby with a nice strong heartbeat. The technician did not notice that her pains were increasing and went off to process the results. All of sudden, she says, I have to push. I ran for help and we rushed her to labor and delivery. As soon as she was transferred to a bed, there he was encased in the sac lying on the bed lifeless. Just 15 minutes early, he was alive. The sac was opened and his perfect little soul lay bare on the cloths. The doctor wrapped him in a special blanket and gave him to the mother. The family admired his perfect little toes, his perfect hands, his fingernails, his little face that resembled other family members. They wanted footprints and the nurses were more the happy to comply. He will be named and buried with other little Amish children who only came into to this world for a brief hello.
