Words cannot explain how excited I am to have been named WORLDS GREATEST CHALLENGER!! July was a turning point for me.. Thank the Lord above for my amazing upline ambassadors Kathy Kelly Johnson & Dennis L Johnson for always believing in me, supporting me, encouraging me, & never faultering!! They helped me realized that I had to overcome my limiting belief that was holding me back from being the CHALLENGER I knew I wanted to be & knew I could be!! I had to turn off that voice in my head saying, what if they say no? & my family is judging me. I had to change my mindset from promoting for a paycheck to setting my sites directly on the challenge & mission of Project 10. I changed all the negatives to positive, got rid of the junk in my life, & walked away from all the naysayers!! Someone said at RST Philly, are you willing to do what your leaders are doing? & I was- right NOW!! I feel like had made more of an impact on peoples lives, helped more people change their lives, overcome depression, overcome anxiety, & overcome their low self-esteem than I had in my entire 14 year nursing career!! I wanted to impact more!! After listening to a call Doug Simpson did on July 3rd on customer acuisition, I was so inspired and knew what I needed to do... Getting out of my comfort zone was hard but I needed to get into the trenches!! I started doing the famous DOUGIE- invisible calls in stores, on the streets, in front of friends and family & IT WORKED!! Everything changed!! People started coming to me!! I challenged everyone! Gas station, public pool, park, grocery store- EVERYONE EVERYWHERE!! I didnt care if they said no!! I took the no as a lesson versus seeing it as a failure! Follow-up is key!! Every person I CHALLENGE- I get their contact information before I even give them a sample or my contact information!! I set up their 3 FOR FREE party RIGHT AWAY!! I move in with my customers (okay.. not literally) to prove to them I will do everything in my power to get them their kit for FREE!! When I started showing people they could trust me, that I truly cared about their goals, & that I would help them every step of the way- EVERYTHING CHANGED!! The POWER OF 1 persons success of losing 10 pounds turned into a jam packed PROJECT 10 CHALLENGE PARTY!! GO THE EXTRA MILE!! I make meal plans with customers who want help, I help them get recipes, I give those that want to start NOW & not wait for their kit 5 days worth of samples so they can start NOW!! With customers, I have been running day to day not week to week- CHALLENGE, follow up, close, schedule 3 FOR FREE party, & get them on track to their FREE t-shirt!! In July alone, out of all the customers I have challenged just this month, I have had one EPS come on & 2 others who I am meeting with this week!! -Promote the mission of PROJECT 10!! -Build trust with your team & customers!! -Always be available!! -Always get back to customers & team!! -Work on your personal development!! -Have a big WHY!! -Help people change their lives!! In closing have faith!! Last July God led me down the path less traveled. Believe me when I say its been bumpy, rough, & hard. BUT it has been more fun, exciting, rewarding, & life changing than anything I have ever done in my entire life! Today, I am blessed because I love changing lives, seeing people transform, & serving others!! Have an amazing AUGUST!! CHALLENGE EVERYONE!! Choose to live in the front row, not the third row!!
