Words cant fully describe the great happiness I feel in planting, cultivating, harvesting, then cooking the food Ive grown in the garden to share with my family and friends.....The energy I put into the garden is returned to me a Thousand times over. The garden teaches and reminds me of the beneficial life lessons we all can use like, planning, planting seeds, team work, right timing, reaping what we sow, and keeping the weeds n pests out of our garden... ;) I gardened with my grandparents and family growing up, and have many fond memories of that time. Today, I am so happy and grateful that my mate also loves gardening and is one of the many sweet joys in life we share together. If you have a yard or patio, you too can join the revolution of reprogramming your lifes priorities and taking more control of what you and your family consume, because as the old saying goes...You Are what You Eat. ~
