It means something and you need to worry. GO AHEAD: This is a dare, not a permission. DONT DO IT. Equivalent to Sige, bahala ka. THATS OK: Hes thinking long and hard on how and when youll pay for your stupid mistake. Beware. In tagalog: Sige OK lang. WOW: This is soooo not a compliment. It could either mean hes amazed of how stupid you are or how absurd the situation is.
