TITLE: Office / Case Manager ORGANIZATION: ADR Partners LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia JOB DESCRIPTION: ADR Partners LLC is seeking an Office/Case Manager JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: − office management − responsible for daily activities − case management of mediation and arbitration cases − coordination of activities of the company − organization of company’s trainings on alternative dispute resolution − coordination of HR work − development and translation of company’s website materials − organization of conferences, round tables etc. − be point of contact for company’s mediation clinics at American University of Armenia and Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University − maintain relationship with company’s foreign partners − develop reports, research documents and other materials related to company’s activities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors degree in a related field (Master’s degree is plus); - Demonstrated professionalism, communication skills; - Proficiency in MS Office widely used packages (advanced Excel skills); - Fluency in Armenian and English languages, knowledge of Russian language is advantage; - Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with company partners; - Ability to negotiate effectively; - Basic legal knowledge is plus; - True interest in alternative dispute resolution APPLICATION PROCEDURES: Please submit your resume and motivation letter to: [email protected].
