Work Title: Senior Legal Advisor (ID 25922) Job Description: Review and provide legal advice on big contracts signed by the company with various third partiesDrafting of legal documents included but not limited to employment agreements, leasing agreements etc. Handling matters involving trademarks Overall advisory on a scope of legal issues Advise on employment labor law matters involving head office as well as global offices Providing guidance and training to staff on regulatory matters Reviewing new regulations, applicable, and advice how these are affecting the company’s operations Qualifications: Law Degree preferably from a reputable UK university Member of the Cyprus Bar Association Minimum 4 years’ experience in Corporate and Employment Law is a must Experience within the Financial services/ FX/ Banking sector will be considered an advantage Strong drafting and communications skills with excellent attention to detail Must be fluent in English and Greek both spoken and written Town: Limassol Company / Organisation: IronFX Global Limited
