Work going on to start the Brooder House at Srinagar. They r making partitions using baboo. To keep the chicks warm , all around the house is being covered up. Lights r placed. Today BLBH SRINAGAR OFFICIALLY STARTS its journey! I had great sucess n records in running brooder house earlier , but this has many challenges. Actually in the department superiors give a show cause etc but none knows or tries to find out ground fact of why its going to get very difficult ...Its completed 4 years back but starts today. Not a esy task to start something after somany years of official negligence...
