Work outs are planned for tmrw and Im fired up about them!! 4:30- i am testing a ladder WO on you, it will be awesome! I think one of the biggest mistakes ppl make is rewarding themselves with food or treats! Example- you feel great about having that morning WO done, so a brownie seems deserving! Having 300 plus calories, 2 bites can kill your 3 mile run and 4 bites cancels about 30 min of that hard core class you did!! Losing weight is hard! Surrounding yourself with the right support and energy is the key!! Thats another reason Im excited about the fall gym schedule- it will be an opportunity for new people to talk to us about their food struggles! The fact is, if you wont work on the food, you are wasting time working on your body! I encourage more of you to try some sweat sessions during our non class hours too, ask me about it at class- I will be having a NEW member challenge with a discounted sign up fee, so watch for it!! Also- heres a contest for all of you! Sometime this month there will be a very cool LEAN billboard pop up in Gratiot Co! The first person to see it and tell me the location will win a $50 credit on a membership!! Keep your eyes open and post it, but not while you are driving!! Lets rock this week, its ours to OWN!! Plenty of sleep, water, positive attitude, clean food, less sugar, and kill those work outs!!
