Work really whooped my ass today, emotionally and physically. Anyone who thinks a CNA is just the nurses assistant let me correct you. We are the ones who form bonds with people. We meet them at a vulnerable point in their lives and help make them comfortable. We get to watch people improve in health and get better and go home and we get to see people slowly slip away. We meet families and become a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on. Were their cheerleaders and sometimes become like family to people. So thank a CNA because we are so much more than the title.
