After carbonation for about 10 days, we will put our 22 12-oz. bottles into the outside refrigerator to condition/lager for another three weeks. We should be drinking it by Labor Day weekend! Another father-daughter thingy, this time with #1 (#3 is still down in Florida!). It was a surfing & beer-making weekend...now off to the beach!
