Workers of ASTI Electronics in Manesar struggle on in difficult circumstances despite continuous repression by management-contractors-bouncers-police-labour.dept. . While the dharna reaches one-and-a-half months, they occupied the ALC Gurgaons Office for the second day today after Friday demanding justice to their legitimate demands against contractualisation, they also registered written complaints against the management and the 3 contractors who are putting all kinds of illegal and legal pressure on workers to take hisab and buzz off. The police meanwhile have only come with their guns and sticks against the workers to oust them from the ALCs office, while being oblivious to the workers demands.
