Working for ISIS Education is possibly THE worst working experience Ive ever encounted. Due to very poor management (which in my opinion is what you get when you employ children as managers), the morale amongst staff is so low and staff are voluntairily dropping out. Some returning staff even rate this summer as far worse than their previous experiences with ISIS. Saying that, my colleagues and the attending kids at the school are nothing less than fantasic.
