Working in a wellness, fitness, movement-centric industry, being surrounded by incredibly powerful bodies, its easy to lose sight of and take for granted your own bodys amazing ability to move without pain, sustain prolonged intense training without fatigue or maintain strength without injury. Regardless of you level of fitness, move everyday and take time everyday to reflect on your abilities with gratitude for all of the gifts your body provides. Working in therapeutics is a constant reminder to me of the blessings of a well mind and body. #gratitude
