Working in the 10 rep range today for squats. 100kg felt really good. I really wanted to bring my squat strength up this year, and feel I have improved a lot. This weight would have been a struggle for me last year (4-5 rep max). Last week I did 120kg 3x5 and did 140kg for 2 reps.
