Working on constant improvement and just getting strong. Tonight was an assistance exercise night. 1a) 4×15 Glute/hamstring raise +20kg 1b) 4 x 20 ab roll outs 2) 5 × 7 Hang cleans 3) 3 x 60 second alternating arm overhead and farmers carry 24kg /40 kg 4a) 3x 12 TRX triceps extensions 4b) 3× 15 crush grip kettlebell curls 16kg SOLID! Heres one of my hang clean sets. A bit shaky on form so got some work to do still - 80kg
