Working on my Paul Kantner interview for this week’s issue of The Weekender and thinking about the music. Favorite Jefferson Airplane tune is probably “Somebody to Love.” Favorite Jefferson Starship tune is probably “Miracles.” Kantner, a member of the Rock and Hall of Fame, was a part of all of that. He was not a part of the “Starship” band that had a few hits in the ‘80s, but I always really liked this song, a No. 1 hit from 1985. Hadnt seen the video in almost 29 years. I think it holds up pretty well:
