Working on orders and my printer jammed...and I mean REALLY jammed!! Its a larger professional grade printer and without it, I would be lost!! It was throwing me error messages left and right that I had never seen and I really thought Id be shopping for a new one! :( I learned 2 things from this stressful occurrence... 1) My 9 year old has a heart of gold....he has been saving up his money for baseball (his one true love) and told me that I could have it to buy a new printer...shockingly I think he really meant it!! 2) It helps to not totally freak out! I kept coming back to it trying to figure out the problem and low and behold, over an hour later, I FIXED IT!!! The culprit...a little blue craft pom pom that fell inside (I had no idea it was even in there!) and then jammed the paper which tore off inside where I could not reach it! Ahhhhh, glad thats over!! ;)
