Working on the new menu today. Lots of cool ideas heading your way! We hope to have some sneak peeks by this weekend, with the new menu rolling out by next week. At the risk of public criticism, but in the interest of full transparency (which we fully believe in) we do have some sad news. As you are probably well aware, the cost of everything (especially our specialty . . . MEAT!) has been rising very rapidly. We tried to ride out the storm in the first quarter which led to a pretty substantial loss. Although we are keeping our hopes to an improved market, we are being challenged by these increases to remain profitable. For this reason we will have to put some larger than usual price increases in place (only for the items which are affected). It is our sincere hope that with an improved market by the end of the summer we will be able to step back to reduced pricing, but in the meantime, please bear with us. In the interest of keeping our products at a comfortable price for our guests, we will be offering some of our regular items at a smaller portion at a comparable price to where they currently are.
