Working on this today. I love #yoga because it is a practice. I am a perfectionist and it held me back and forced me into inaction for a long time. If I couldnt be the best or master something quickly in would not do it at all. Now I try to live in action and take small steps towards my goals each day. I know that if I stay in action, no matter how small, it will add up to something big down the road. Many times we give up prior to reaching our goals because we do not see the value of our work. The cheesy phrases like dont give up 5 minutes before the miracle and life is about the journey and not the destination hold immense amounts of truth. Focus on the small things and live in action. #noretreatnosurrender
