Working out at home today. 5 reps, 20 crunches 5 reps, 25 squats 5 reps, 15 push ups 100 jumping jacks and then a nap LOL THEN to top off my workout, a thick frosty chocolate shake to get my day going! My shake comes from “Cheerfully Certified” cows. Cows allowed to freely roam on pasture in the temperate climate and pristine environment of New Zealand. MINE IS NOT your typical protein powder that comes from cattle that are confined to feedlots with restricted movement to allow them to fatten more quickly. BUYERS BEWARE of what your using.
