Working out like so and so will not give you a body like so and so. Ever. Never. Ever. If this were true, I would look like Jane Fonda, Denise Austin, Richard Simmons and Billy Blanks. If you are following a workout plan, results will not only vary, they will come at a snails pace. Instead of 6 weeks, think 6 months. And start to embrace the fat on your belly and under your arms, because its probably not going anywhere (and just to let you in on a little secret, no one cares!). If you can workout consistently for 6 months, that is something to celebrate! Celebrate the fact that you are getting stronger and feel good! Celebrate the fact that you look like yourself, because you are beautiful just the way you are right now and your friends and family love you because you are you. Now, go and kick Friday in the butt!
