Working some bar complexes today. We often stick to sets of 1 movement but being a CrossFitter means being able to adapt. Its good to mix different movements to develope the ability to change movement patterns in a split second. This was 4 t2b/ 3 c2b/ 2 clapping pullups/ 1 bar mu/ 1 forward roll/ 1 up circle/ then reverse the sequence. Guve it a shot and let me know how it goes. If you come up with any other good complexes send me the video and i will repost it.
