Working with Verizon almost all day trying to resolve an issue of SMS messages not going through to anyone on AT&T. My daughter installed an app that spammed everyone in my address book (sorry about that!), it was about 2300 text messages. I apparently got blacklisted and its crazy trying to get off rhe bad list. I was finally escalated to the NRB! Never knew they existed. Do not let your kids install apps!! :)
