Workout Move of The Day: 5X5 Bicep Arm Bar Curls. First of all, who here likes #Skrillex? Honestly, the BEST workout music for anything! I wanted to share part of my arm routine that I shared before but my form has got ALOT better! I had such a good pump going I felt like my biceps were at least 5 months pregnant! (What does that even mean Josh?!) Anyway! Skirillex rocks! Check. Pick a weight you will stick with and you will go for 25 reps. NO dropping the weight! This was the first time I had pretty solid form, with 20 pounds on each end, you start out slow curling 5 reps, pause for about 10 seconds, then do another 5, pause and so forth until you hit 25. By Rep 15 I could feel the blood rushing to my arms, numbness, pain beginning to form...you want that! By the time 25 hit I tried to slow that bad boy down to get some more blood flowing and then BOOM, feels and hurts SOO good! Still does haha! Warning: Please pick a weight that you are comfortable with! Remember form over Quantity! Youll get stronger in time just be smart and dont let your ego get the best of you!
