*Workout Tip of the Day* Something to think about... Variety within a specific workout is NOT ALWAYS necessary. For example: If I wanted to do a lower body workout and absolutely break down my legs and make them sore/fatigued/etc.... Try limiting the number of different exercises. Stay in the squat rack and do ALOT of sets of squats (narrow stance, shoulder width, wide stance). Just stay in that squat rack and do 30min.-1hr. or so of just squats and maybe finish up your workout with an isolated movement of your choice (leg extension, etc.).
