Workout Wednesday -- Barbell Bent-over Row Want a stronger and thicker back? Want to improve your deadlift? Add bent-over rows to your routine! The feet should be about shoulder width apart. Bend the knees slightly and lean the upper body forward. Keep the back flat and with a slight arch in the lower back -- do not round your back! (Most injuries occur because people lift the weight with the lower back rounded). Begin with a pronated (overhand) grip and pull the bar in a straight line to just below the sternum (not the abdomen). You can also use a supinated (underhand) grip, which decreases shoulder girdle activity and increases lat and bicep activity. Enjoy!! #BeUnrivaled
